Crawl Space Liner

Installing a concrete floor is one of the best ways to isolate your home from mold, radon, and humidity levels associated with an exposed dirt or gravel crawl space. Another more economical approach is to encapsulate your exposed area with a crawl space liner.

The walls are treated with our specialized radiant reflective insulation, which lowers energy costs and retards future mold growth. In order to cover cover the exposed dirt or gravel floor, we install a 20 millimeter reinforced polyethylene vapor barrier known as a crawl space liner. This reinforced barrier is extremely durable and resistant to puncture because it is 300-600% thicker than the standard plastic vapor barrier used by most companies. Lastly, all seams are sealed air tight with our specialized high strength tape.
